MotoMoto App helps customers book scooters and motorcycles through a controlled rental platform operated by PALMBAY SOFTWARE LTD.
How it works
Customers book rental services from PALMBAY SOFTWARE LTD. Hosts provide vehicle availability to the Company. Bookings, payments, and customer-Host communication are handled through the Platform.
Search available scooters and motorcycles in supported launch locations and book through the app. PALMBAY SOFTWARE LTD sets the customer-facing price.
Meet your Host, receive the required approved helmet, confirm vehicle condition, and ride in line with local licence, permit, helmet, and road safety requirements.
Return the vehicle on time and in the agreed condition. Any post-rental issues, charges, or support requests are handled through the Platform.
For Renters
Book scooters and motorcycles in selected launch locations through MotoMoto App.
For Hosts
Hosts provide vehicle availability to PALMBAY SOFTWARE LTD through MotoMoto App. Hosts do not rent directly to customers for bookings made through the Platform.
Safety
MotoMoto App is designed for controlled scooter and motorcycle rentals. These principles apply across every booking.
One approved helmet is required for rider-only rentals. Two approved helmets are required if a passenger is permitted.
GPS trackers, AirTags, dashcams, immobilisers, telematics devices, anti-theft devices, audio/video recording devices, and similar monitoring technologies must be disclosed before rental.
Customer and Host communication runs through in-app chat unless MotoMoto App expressly permits another method for safety, emergency, or operational reasons.
Customers must follow local licence, permit, helmet, and road safety laws at all times.

Each policy is published with a permanent URL, version number, last updated date, and effective date.
